Who we are
srf.tech is run by Safe.Right.Fast. Tech, Inc., 300 Woodcliff Drive, Suite 201B, Canonsburg, PA 15317. Questions about this policy go to info@SRF.tech.
What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, company, email, phone, and message are emailed to our team so we can reply. The website does not keep a separate copy.
- Job applications: your answers, work links, and resume are emailed to our hiring mailbox so we can review your application.
- White paper requests: your name, company, work email, job title, marketing choice, and when you requested and opened the download link are stored in our own database. We use them to send the paper, to follow up about it, and to understand who reads our research.
Marketing email
If you request a white paper, we may email you about related SRF Tech resources and products. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also opt out by emailing info@SRF.tech. Checking the box on the request form tells us you'd like to hear from us.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare to host the site, store white paper requests, and block spam; Resend to send email; and Microsoft 365 to receive it. Our analytics don't use cookies. Your IP address is used to limit abuse but isn't stored with your request.
What we don't do
We do not sell your details or share them with other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep your details
We keep white paper requests and contact form messages for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a business or contractual need requires us to keep them longer. Your last contact is the last time you got in touch with us or dealt with us directly, such as sending a request or message or replying to one of our emails. Marketing emails we send you don't count. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Job applications are kept in our hiring mailbox under our normal business records practices.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
