Organization sign-in
SSO setup guides
Set up organization sign-in through your private setup portal. Start with the link we sent your IT administrator, then use these provider guides as a reference.
Start with your setup invitation
Your IT administrator configures SSO through the setup portal. These public guides explain provider settings, but they do not collect credentials or start a connection.
These guides apply to all our applications. Use the invitation and connection values for the application you're setting up.
-
Open your setup link
Open the link in the invitation email we sent you, or the application setup URL we provided. Follow any sign-in instructions. Confirm the application, organization, and environment before making changes.
-
Follow the portal's instructions
Choose the provider and connection type in the portal. Keep it open alongside your provider's admin console. Copy connection-specific values from the portal into your provider, then enter the requested provider details back into the portal.
-
Save and test sign-in
Save the configuration and use the portal's test action when available. Also test the application with an assigned user and confirm their permissions before rollout.
Share the invitation only with authorized IT administrators. Enter client secrets and other credentials only in the setup portal's requested fields, never in email or support tickets. If a required field is missing, stop and contact us for a supported secure setup method. If the link has expired or setup is already complete, ask us for the appropriate access.
Provider reference guides
The portal has the current setup instructions and values for your connection. Use these guides and example screenshots for reference. Follow the portal if the steps differ. SAML and OIDC are separate connection types, so use the protocol selected for your connection.

OpenID Connect providers

Use the generic SAML or OpenID Connect guide after we confirm compatibility. Directory synchronization, SCIM provisioning, and social sign-in buttons are separate integrations and aren't covered here.
